Overview
RealXmarket Web Assistant brings AI support into a simple chat interface. It can search the official documentation when a question needs product-specific detail, then stream an answer back to the user.
Challenge
Useful support answers need current, relevant product information. A general language model alone cannot reliably explain changing platform details or help users find the right documentation.
Approach
I connected a LangGraph agent to RealXmarket's GitBook documentation through MCP, built Flask endpoints for streaming chat and saved conversations, and created a responsive JavaScript interface with quick actions and suggested follow-ups.
Outcome
The result is a working support assistant with documentation search, streamed replies, and conversation history that makes product guidance easier to explore.
